Return & Refund Policy

At Qasim Dryfruits & Salajeet, we take pride in offering high-quality natural products. If you receive a product that doesn't meet your expectations, rest assured — we’re here to make it right.

1. Return & Exchange Period

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, returns unfortunately cannot be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • All included accessories and labels must be intact.
  • An unboxing video is required for any damage or wrong item claim.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) must be provided.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products.
  • Items purchased during sales or promotions.
  • Perishable or consumable products (e.g., dry fruits once opened).

4. Return Shipping Policy

A return shipping fee of Rs. 200 applies. However, if the return is due to an error on our part (defective or incorrect item), we cover all shipping costs.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
  • Exchanges for different variants may be accepted based on stock availability.

6. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email or WhatsApp.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or bank account (for COD orders).
  • Refunds typically take 7–14 business days to appear.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

7. Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share your unboxing video.
